This is the amazing view from the window at Udstuen in Etne. There is excellent hiking landscape just outside, and you can hardly get any closer to the sea.
A 14 foot boat with an outboard engine. can be hired separately on a day to day basis.
Still, there is more to Etne than fishing. It is located strategically between Hardanger in the north and Ryfylke in the south. This means that Trolltunga and Preikestolen both can be reached on day trips if you get up early.

Fishing in the sea. The landlord lets out a 14 foot boat with an outboard engine. The price is NOK 350 a day plus fuel. The rent for the boat is to be paid directly to the landlord.
Mountain hikes or hikes nearby. The mountains around Etne are very popular for hiking and there are many marked trails.
