#558 Holiday house Tustna

This lovely house is located at Nerås on the island of Tustna in Nordmøre, just outside the village of Leira. Just a small ferry crossing away from Kristiansund. There is plenty of hiking areas in Tustna, and the highest peaks almost reach 900 m above sea level. There is a big garden and not more than 50 metres to the beach. The view is amazing, both to the sea and to the mountains.

The house is equipped with heat pump/airconditioning, woodburning heaters, and all necessary amenities.

About 3 kms from the house is a lake where trout can be caught. The rent includes a small rowing boat in this lake.

The landlord has a larger seagoing boat for rent, but this requires a licence. More information under "activities".

6 bicycles are at your disposal. There are some nice quiet roads in the area for biking. Relax in the garden or go swimming or fishing or hiking.

Only one km to Leira, where a few shops are to be found.

Daytrips can be made in all directions, Trondheim, Kristiansund, Åndalsnes. Do not forget exotic places like Smøla, a group of islands mostly consisting of nature reserve and the best place to get to see the White-tailed eagle.

The landlord has a boat for rent. It is a Sea Star, 7,2 m, with radar, echo sounder, heating, GPS, VHF-radio, fridge, water tank and fish tank.

It can be hired from the landlord for NOK 6000 per week. Fuel is not included, and there is a deposit of NOK 3000. The boat requires a license for use.

Apart from that, this is a nice, cozy, peaceful spot for swimming, fishing and hiking.
